  18. It might be that time has passed mpeg-1 by. Things are moving very rapidly 
  19. towards DVD and that would mean it would be a bit foolish to put too many 
  20. resources into any kind of CD development at this time. For instance, buying a 
  21. 6times CD-reader would appear to me to be ill-advised. In a year most CD-ROM 
  22. readers as we know them will be used strictly for distribution and DVD will be 
  23. on its way to becoming the standard we've all been waiting for.
